Getting To Know the Affiliate Area Dashboard
Welcome to your D&D CBD Affiliate Dashboard! This is your central hub for tracking your performance, managing your referrals, and receiving commissions. Let’s walk through the key features of your dashboard so you can make the most of your affiliate account.
1. Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard screen provides a snapshot of your affiliate performance. It’s the first screen you’ll see when you log in. Here’s what you can find:
-
Total Earnings: This shows how much you’ve earned in commissions.
-
Pending Commissions: Displays the amount that hasn’t been paid yet, either because it’s waiting for approval or the payout threshold hasn’t been reached.
-
Referral Links: You’ll see your referral links here and how many clicks they’ve generated.
-
Conversion Rate: The percentage of clicks that have converted into actual sales.
-
Referrals: Tracks how many sales have been generated through your unique affiliate link.
2. Commissions
The Commissions screen provides a detailed breakdown of each commission you’ve earned. You’ll be able to view:
-
Date of Sale: When the sale was made.
-
Amount Earned: The commission you earned from that sale.
-
Status: Indicates whether the commission is Pending, Approved, or Paid.
-
Product Sold: Shows which product was purchased by the referred customer.
This section allows you to keep track of all your earnings and see which products are performing best.
3. Visits
In the Visits screen, you can track how many times your affiliate links have been clicked. This information helps you understand which marketing strategies are working best. The details available here include:
-
Click Source: You’ll be able to see where the clicks are coming from (e.g., social media, website, email).
-
Total Visits: Shows how many times your link has been clicked overall.
Tracking your visits helps you gauge the effectiveness of your promotions and whether you’re reaching the right audience.
4. Payments
The Payments section is where you can track and request payouts. Since we’re only using PayPal for payouts:
-
Minimum Payout Threshold: You must earn at least $50 in commissions before requesting a payout.
-
Request Payout: Once you’ve reached the minimum threshold, you can request your payout via PayPal. Simply click on the Request Payment button.
-
Payout History: View all your past payments, including the amount and the date they were processed.
5. Link Generator
The Link Generator is where you can create custom referral links for any product or page on the site. Simply follow these steps:
-
Enter the URL of the product or page you want to promote.
-
The system will generate a unique affiliate link that tracks the referral back to you.
-
Use this link in your promotions—on social media, email, or your website.
You can generate multiple links for different products, helping you target specific pages and products to your audience.
6. Settings
In the Settings section, you’ll manage your account details, payment information, and preferences.
-
Payment Method: Under the Settings tab, you’ll add your PayPal email address to receive payments. Make sure this is updated to avoid any delays in receiving payouts.
-
